Other qualifications. Rail transportation workers must have good hearing, eyesight, and color vision, as well as good hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, and mechanical aptitude. Physical stamina is required for most rail transportation jobs. Applicants for locomotive engineer jobs and some conductor jobs must be at least 21 years old.
Advancement. Most railroad transportation workers begin as a laborer, brake operator, or conductor after completing training on signals, timetables, operating rules, and related subjects. Although new employees may be hired as conductors, seniors determines whether an employee may hold a conductor position full-time. Employers almost always fill engineer positions with workers who have experience in other railroad-operating occupations. The name of my research work is "Water supply system of Karshi city". It's very difficult work with so many details and drawings. Everyone knows that water is our life and none of humans' activities exist without water. My research's aim is to meet need of drinking water and alleviated people life in Karshi. I have been doing my research work from third course and haven't finished it yet. I can't imagine who I am going to do it without my tutor Valentina Dmitrievna. She helped me to understand every detail in this work. News of my research work helps to improve level of life in Karshi. But everyone should know about the problem of drinking water in our country. Everyone should save and value drinking water. We must realize that it's crime when someone waters his garden with drinking water or spend it foolishly. You should know that if you do it you are killing someone children on region without drinking water and maybe killing the future of your child. The main task of my research work is how to save our natural recourses.
