16-Laboratoriya ishi: SUVDA ERIMAYDIGAN ASOSLARNING KISLOTALAR BILAN O'ZARO TA'SIRI
Maqsad: suvda erimaydigan asoslarni ularning tuzlaridan hosil qilish va kislotalar bilan o'zaro ta'sirini o'rganish.
J ihozlar: polipropilen stakan 50 ml (1), polipropilen menzurka 100 ml (2), shisha stakan(3), tomchi analizi uchun to'plam (4), tomchi analizi uchun planshet (5), plastmassa shpatel (6), shisha tayoqcha (7), probirka (8), plastik taglik (9), pipetka (10), avtomatik mikro-pipetka Reaktivlar: mis(Il)-sulfat eritmasi, temir (III) - sulfat eritmasi, natriy ishqori eritmasi, distillangan suv, xlorid kislota va sulfat kislota suyultirilgan eritmalari
Ishni bajarish tartibi:
Probirkaga mis (II) sulfat eritmasidan 1,5-2 ml solib ustiga natriy ishqori eritmasidan ohistalik bilan quyiladi. Hosil bo'lgan cho'kmadan avtomatik mikropipetka bilan ozgina olib, planshetga tomiziladi va ustiga 2-3 tomchi suv tomiziladi. Shisha tayoqcha bilan aralashtiriladi. Ustiga 2-3 tomchi sulfat kislota eritmasidan tomiziladi. Kuzatilgan hodisa izohlanadi va reaksiya tenglamasi yoziladi.
Probirkaga temir (III)-xlorid eritmasidan 1,5-2 ml solib, ustiga natriy ishqori eritmas­idan ohistalik bilan quyiladi. Hosil bo'lgan cho'kmadan avtomatik mikropipetka bilan ozgina olib, planshetga tomiziladi, ustiga 2-3 tomchi suv tomiziladi, shisha tayoqcha bilan aralashtiriladi, ustiga 2-3 tomchi xlorid kislota eritmasidan tomiziladi. Kuzatil­gan hodisa izohlanadi hamda reaksiya tenglamasi yoziladi.
