My last holiday
Honestly, I have been on holiday one time so far. It was in 2019 when my first daughter was born. Before that, I had been working for two years without holiday and after that, I have been working for four years without any holiday. On my first and unique holiday I didn’t have a rest)) and most time of the holiday I spent on looking after the baby because I preferred caring for the baby to having a rest.
I wish I had a holiday in the Bali islands. Because there is a very exotic landscape, green tropical forest, historical caves, awesome volcanos, palaces of water, wonderful ocean and sea, crystal water for swimming, exciting beach that is made up of white sand and hotels that are situated on the ocean near the coast. I want to dive into the water which you can see the bottom of it. There must be very enjoyable lying on the beach, tanning, spending time without thinking about problems, watching sharks which swim very near to the coast. Bali is one of the best places for whom wants tropical and exotic holiday.
If I had a choice in going on holiday to Dubai or Bali, I would choose Bali and i hope my intentions come true.

Procedure of making cherry jam
The diagram evinces us the sequence of fabricating cherry jam which is made up of cherry, water and various ingredients. Consecution of process includes 9 stages beginning with agglomerating fruit cherries and ending with sticking label on the jars which there is jam in it.
In the beginning of the process, cherry tree is shaken to spill cherries on the stuff. Next stage is transporting fruits to factory. After that, harvest is put into a special equipment to separate fruits from leaves. Next, cherries are washed with water. Then, stones are taken out of the cherries with metal spike – a sort of equipment which is made up of long steel pillars. The next stage is cherries are cooked in circle metal pot with ingredients which are sugar, lemon juice and pectin. After cooking tasters check the quality of the jam. If the quality is good it is possible to proceed to the next stage which is putting the jam into jars. In the final stage labels are sticked on the jars and finished products are sent to markets. It is a procedure of making cherry jams.
