KAZAKHSTAN AND KYRGYZSTAN RELATİONS FROM THE PAST TO
THE PRESENT DAY

Abstract
After the Collapse of The Soviet Union in 1991 every Central Asian country
started to manage It’s own political way. But still could not avoid influence of
Russia. To manage policy
in a free way in regions, regional organizations were
formed. It was supposed to organize
Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan Central
Asian Integration but unfortunately It did not turn out to be successful.
In order to
overcome economic crisis Every Central Asian country was supposed to get into
communication with The European Countries. In terms of production of mineral
resources such countries as The United States of America,
European Union, The
Russian Federation, The Republic of China realized investment into Kazakhstan. As
a matter of fact Kazakhstan could become the most developed economic power in the
region and gained regional power. As for Kyrgyzstan, the
country became the center
of poverty and ethnic disputes. Nowadays Kazakhstan provides economic support to
Kyrgyzstan. Relations between Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan in terms of economy and
policy tend to be good. However tension between community and nation relations
can be noticed. In this Master Thesis historical process in
relations between
Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan is analyzed. Effect of the events that happened between
Kazakh-Kyrgyz relations in the past on the present were studied in this work.
