Treasure ( = a collection of valuable objects) is an uncountable noun: ‘It’s an adventure story
about a search for buried treasure.’

It was so cold that I couldn’t stop trembling.
It was so cold that I couldn’t stop shivering.
You tremble when you are afraid, nervous, upset or excited: ‘As she opened the envelope, her
hands started trembling and she started to cry.’ ‘She trembled with excitement just at the
thought of seeing him again.’ When you are cold , you shiver: ‘I stood at the bus stop shivering
and wishing that I’d worn my coat.’

Trouble (= difficulties or problems) is an uncountable noun: ‘I hope you didn’t have any trouble

Note the alternative: ‘I’m sorry to cause you so many problems.’
