• Enhancing cooperation on financing 
regional infrastructure corridors 
and cross-border industrial clusters in the subregion;
• Strengthening institutional, policy and financing environment 
for 
cross-border connectivity investment in the subregion, including through 
PPPs;
• Exploring regional cooperation on carbon pricing and trading 
mechanisms.
