Implementation of the research results: On the basis of the results of 
research on the processes of digestion and
the productivity of goats when using 
ammoniated feed in their ration is established: 
technology of processing of winter wheat straw with 25% ammonia water, 
introduced in practice by farms of the Kattakurgan, Nurabad and Payarik districts 
of the Samarkand region specialized in livestock raising(reference Ministry of 
Agriculture and Water Resources for 20.02.2018 year. №02/12-125). As a result, 
the amount of crude protein in the winter wheat straw increased twice, the amount 
of nitrogen-free extractive substance increased by 2,1% and the amount of raw 
cellulose decreased by 8,2%; 
The method of feeding agricultural animals roughage with processing on the 
basis of ammoniation technology introduced in the practice of farms (reference 
Ministry of Agriculture and Water Resources for 20.02.2018 year. №02/12-125). 
As a result, it made it possible to increase the indicators of goat productivity by 3,2 
times; 
The amount of fractions of cellulose in the composition of roughages, their 
effect on the digestive processes and the results obtained during the ammonization 
of wheat straw, were used in the implementation of the scientific project QXA–
8014-2015 RIKSED on the theme: "Preservation of the genofund of natural 
fertility of karakul sheep and development of selection-technological systems for 
their breeding" for the formation of a nutritious diet of Karakul sheep (reference

Agency of science and technology" by 22.12.2017 year FTA-02-11/1346). As a 
result, it gave the possibility food value improved performance in existing farm's 
roughage and feeding of Karakul sheep belonging to different physiological groups 
with a detailed ration in winter.
