В данном учебнике, которая выполнена на основе реализации фундамен-
тального гранта Ф-1-121, освещены основные аспекты правового регулирова-
ния общественных отношений в области охраны экосистем, рационального ис-
пользования их ресурсов, а также восстановления нарушенных экосистем. 
Поводом подготовки данного учебника послужила: во первых – внедрение 
в магистратуру по специальности экология (по отраслям) учебного курса «Эко-
логическое право» на основе приказа № 387 МВССПО РУз от 16 сентября 2011 
года; во вторых – широкое развитие юриспруденции и ее всестороннее вне-
дрение во все сферы человеческой деятельности; в третьих – необходимость 
оперативного обеспечения учебно-воспитательного процесса качественными 
учебными материалами, отвечающих современным требованиям Националь-
ной программы подготовки кадров. 
Учебник, в отличие от ранее изданных учебных материалов по данному 
предмету для студентов высшего юридического и средне специального образо-
вания, учитывает специфические особенности деятельности экологов. Он обо-
гащен в текстовой части глоссарием, вопросами и заданиями по каждой теме, 
рекомендуемая литература и источники экологического законодательства диф-
ференцированы, т.е. отвечает всем требованием образования.
In this tutorial, which is made based on the realization of the fundamental grant 
F-1-121, highlights the key aspects of the legal regulation of social relations in the 
fi eld of the protection of ecosystems, sustainable use of their resources, as well as 
restoration of damaged ecosystems.
The reason for the preparation of the textbook was: at fi rst - the introduction of 
the training course “Environmental Law” in Master’s degree on ecology (by indus-
try) by an order of the Republic of Uzbekistan № 387 MVSSPO of September 16, 
2011, and at the second - the broad development of law and its full implementation 
in all spheres of human activity, in the third - the need for operational support of the 
educational process quality learning materials that meet the modern requirements of 
the National Training Programme.
Textbook, in contrast to previously published educational materials on the sub-
ject for students of higher legal and secondary special education, takes into account 
specifi c features of the environmentalists. It is enriched in the text of the glossary, 
questions and tasks for each topic, further reading and sources of environmental law 
are differentiated, that is, meets all the requirements of education.
