With the spread and development of English around the world, English is used as a second language and for some people the first language. It enjoys a high prestige in the country. At present the role and status of English in Uzbekistan is higher than ever as evidenced by its position as a key subject of medium of instruction, curriculum. As the number of English learners is increasing different teaching methods have been implemented to test the effectiveness of the teaching process. Use of authentic materials in the form of films, radio, TV has been there for a long time. It is true that these technologies have proved successful in replacing the traditional teaching.
Under the guidance of President Islam Karimov, a special attention is paid to formation of harmoniously developed, highly educated, modern thinking generation, able to take responsibility for the fate of the Homeland. 
In consistent realization of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Education”, National Program of Personnel Training, significant place is reserved for construction of new schools, academic lyceums, vocational colleges, higher education institutions, capital reconstruction and strengthening material-technical base of the existing ones, their provision with modern educational equipment.
The resolution of the President of Uzbekistan “On measures to further improve system of foreign languages teaching” dated from 10 December 2012 is being implemented in Tashkent region as well.
Starting from 2013/2014 school year, learning of foreign languages will begin from the first classes of the public schools. Naturally, demand for specialists in this sphere will increase. Accordingly, the Tashkent Regional State Pedagogical Institute in cooperation with the Uzbek State University of World Languages is working on this issue. Training of teachers of foreign languages is also continuing.
As a result of stable development and political, economic, social and educational reforms being carried out in Uzbekistan, the linguists and pedagogues of Language Education are in a great need of improving their teaching methodology. The new information technology devices and different modern approaches in teaching a language have been utilised since the early independence years and the generation of the new millennium has more opportunities to learn a language in the same level with native speakers of the language without visiting the language spoken country. Globalization- is the process of making something such as a business operate in many countries all around the world or the result of this. ¹
XXI century is the period of technology, in this century the world is changing ten times more than previous years. Uzbekistan is also inside the world globalization and, certainly, it influences the improvement of it. In spite of being a young independent country, it got enough success in a little time. However, Uzbek people should not stop learning and improving their mind, besides it, they have much responsibility in front of the future generation.
For these several reasons, in Uzbekistan is being more paid attention to learn, and teaching English language. Even it is pointed by law; there are specific issues, on learning and teaching English language in Uzbekistan, of National system of preparing specialists; besides it retraining and preparing English language teachers makes responsibility for the Ministry of High Education, that is why, it has several decrees on developing teaching methods and teachers’ knowledge, making the best and modern condition for schools, lyceums, colleges, institutes, universities and other education centers. As the president of Uzbekistan said: “The future of our country is on the hand of harmonically developed generation”.²
