Object of study: Anhydride sylvinites of the Tubegatan deposit, sodium chloride, potassium chloride, and water.
Subject of research: Development of technology for processing anhydride sylvinites of the Tyubegatan deposit.
Objective: To study the impact of various technological factors on the processing of anhydride sylvinites from the Tubegatan mine.
The main cases of protection:
Analysis of the literature on the enrichment of potassium ores for the enrichment of anhydride sylvinites of the Tyubegatan deposit; analysis of the composition of raw materials, the study of the effect of various technological factors on the solubility of anhydride sylvinite in water and return solution, determination of optimal conditions for the melting kinetics of components containing KS1, technological factors on the rheological properties of suspensions formed during melting anhydride sylvinites study the effect, develop a technological scheme for the production of pure potassium chloride and sodium chloride by enriching raw materials.
Research methods: Chemical and physicochemical methods, analytical chemistry methods, X-ray phase method, pycnometric method and VPJ type viscometer were used in the research.
Scientific novelty: The scientific basis for the production of pure potassium chloride and pure sodium chloride was developed by studying the influence of technological factors on the process of enrichment of anhydride sylvinites of the Tubegatan mine.
Practical significance of research results. The technology of the process of enrichment of anhydride sylvinites of the Tubegatan mine is used at Dehkanabad Potash Plant LLC.
Approbation of the case. Results of the research: XXX Scientific and Technical Conference of Young Scientists, Masters and Undergraduates "Promising Chemists-2021" (Tashkent, 2021) ; International scientific-practical conference "Innovative solutions to current problems in the field of organometallic high-molecular compounds" (Tashkent, 2021).
The structure and scope of the dissertation. The dissertation consists of an introduction, 3 chapters, a conclusion, a list of 70 used scientific and technical, patent literature sources and Internet information and applications. The working volume is 69 pages
