Conclusion
The assignment showed that appropriate quality systems in the organization would lead to the overall organizational performance and improve customer satisfaction. The paper has demonstrated that quality management in a company helps to ensure there is the need to plan, develop and apply every action which will lead to professionalism, valuable services and respect to the company’s structure. It further showed that quality management is an organization framework that boost a company’s competence and a person’s progress. The ways through which The Rose and Crown Hotel can deploy quality to attain success has been explored by the paper.
