Reasons

 

1.  Issues  concerning  the  softening  of  the  consequences 

of the ecological crisis are being solved at the state level

 

 

2.  A  number  of  target  projects  aimed  at  improving  the 

ecological  condition  of  the  territories  surrounding  the 

Aral  Sea  are  being  implemented  in  the  world  wide 

scale.

 

 

3.  Large-scale  work  is  being  carried  out  to  fortify  the 

moving sands on the dry bottom of the Aral Sea.

 

 

4. Efforts to stabilize the situation in the Aral Sea area 

are also being made by many international organizations

 

 

5. Problems concerning the ecological crisis in the Aral 

Sea  region  cannot  be  solved  solely  through  the  efforts 

of one country.
