Precast reinforced concrete constructions at the plant are stand, potok-aggregate and produced in conveyor methods.In the stand method-reinforced concrete structures in fixed forms mechanisms that are prepared and inplement technological operations and aggregates move from post to post, and at each post certain operations are performed in a fixed sequence.Hardening of reinforced concrete structures in stand or matrix mold hot water,steam,electricity and similar methods for acceleration is used.0 reinforced concrete in the dry hot climate of Uzbekistan hardening can be accelerated by the heliothermal treatment method.
Quality control of reinforced concrete structures
Stend method,massive beams,columns,trusses,arches,house construction bridge constructions with pretensioned panel reinforcement and so on etc. are prepared.Simplicity of the technology mechanism and assembly,from other methods by not following a strict production rhythm is different.In the potok-aggregate method- the template of all technological operations cleaning and lubrication, placing fittings, molding, with heat processing, release from molds iscarried out in specialposts.Special posts will be equipped with mechanisms and aggregates.Reinforced concrete products and structures together with formwork from the post will be move to the post using vehicles.Done in posts Depending on the type of technological operation, the time of work is 2-5 days it can be form a minute to 6-12 hours.

Transportation of reinforced concrete products and structures and storage
After the reinforced concrete products and constructions are ready, of course, the quality the factory is supervised by the employees of the technical control department.Every product and structure produced is quality indicators must meet the requirements of the State Standart.Quality of products apperance, shape, deminsions, protection during inspection.The thickness of the layer is used when lifting reinforcements and structures the quality and location of the steel surface, the strength of the concrete and its compatibility with the project is ditermined.External and internal wall panels and the average density ofe the plates is also determined.Every item and control samples selected from the construction group strength, integrety, resistance to the formation of cracks and necessity other properties are tested.
Precast reinforced concrete products and structures for construction sites,usually transported by car.Special in special cases constructions (railway sleepers, used at high pressure pipes, etc.) can be transported by railway transport.Small size items(plate, block, stairs, platform, etc.) load transported in cars.Large massive structures (column, beam, bridge elements, etc.) in trailers, wall-mounted panels are transported in semi-trailer panel carriers(trailers).
Monolithic reinforced concrete structures
Buildings and structures in the construction site are baed on monolithic reinforced concrete construction is an urgent issue.The monolithic building systen is a unified reinforced concrete structure of any shape prepared in advance it is very characteristic of prefabricated molds.Buildings and structures in this way when built, the construction time is reduced, the installation work is drastically reduced, the strength of the building increases, to the warehouse on the construction site there will be no need.Nowadays, heavy metal molds are replaced by light metal and the use of a universal mold assembled from glass-plastic sheets is developing a monolithic sheets is developing a monolithic construction system.
