My school
A school is a place where we gain our basic knowledge.
I study in school №1284, it’s in Moscow.
It’s not very far from my house. I go there on my foot.
It’s a big three stories building.
It has all facilities, well-furnished airy and lit classrooms, laboratories, library, music class, computer room and sportsground.
The school starts at 08.00 a.m.
Every classes have about 30 students.
I have many good friends at school. We study and play together.
At school we study many different subjects like mathematics, history, geography, physics, biology and chemistry. We also learn foreign languages like English, German and French.
Our class teacher is very good and kind. She loves us.
The school has its own canteen where we have lunch.
My friends and I talk and play games during breaks.
Our library has books almost on all subjects. There is a grand swimming pool where every facility is provided to the students to learn swimming.
Our school, like most schools in Russia, has a prescribed uniform.
We have to wear a white shirt and dark blue or black trousers.
Girls have to wear white blouses and dark-blue skirts.
I like my school dress very much.
I participate in extra-curricular activities like music and dance.

Introduction: The name of my school is KVA Higher secondary school, Pithoragarh. It is located on the main road near the Army Camp. It is in the most populated part of the city.
Building: The building at my school is well structured, looks beautiful. It has twenty rooms, electric fans are fitted in every room, all the electric wires are well insulated. There is a big-hall in the centre. Near the hall, there is a library. There is a separate block for junior boys. It is called as Dixon block.
Teachers: There are thirty teachers in our school. All of them are well qualified, experienced and hardworking. They take care of the students and give individual attention to every student. Shri R.V. Suri is our School principal, he polite. He is maintaining the school decorum, he doesn’t like indiscipline.
Students: Our school complex is huge. There are one thousand students in our school. They are very sincere and painstaking. They obey their teachers. Very frequently, students willingly take parts in debate, scouting and games. Some of our school students secured top position in Board examination every year.
