Developing the Plan Tasks - Identify mitigation projects

- Rank mitigation projects based on risk assessment and cost/benefit analysis
Implementing the Plan Tasks - Develop necessary support to adopt the plan
- Implement the plan
- University impact analysis of projects
- Apply for PDM to advance mitigation strategy
