Normative- legal database of activity

The ministry of Higher and Secondary special education of the Republic of Uzbekistan was formed by the Presidents decree of January 7, 1990.

Regulations about the Ministry and Secondary special education of the Republic of Uzbekistan was approved by the enactment of the Ministry of the Republic of Uzbekistan “Concerning the amelioration of activity of the Ministry of higher and Secondary special education of the Republic of Uzbekistan” from July 20 of 2004№ 341.

General Provisions:

1. The Ministry of Higher and Secondary special education of the Republic of Uzbekistan is government body realizing supervision to the higher and secondary special, professional education in the republic. The Ministry in its activity is accountable to the Ministry cabinet of the republic of Uzbekistan

2. The Ministry system includes the Centre of Secondary special and professional education, the Centre of Secondary special and professional education development dependent higher educational institutions.

3. The Ministry in its activity is guided by the Constitution and the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, by the enactments and other acts of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, decrees, enactments and arrangements of the President enactments and arrangements enactments and arrangements of the Cabinet of Ministry of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and also by the regulations about the Ministry of higher and Secondary special education of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

4. The Ministry realizes its activity in cooperation with other apparatuses, with the government bodies in the places and by the public associations and other organizations.

5. The financing the activity of Ministry realizing at the expense of state budget within the bounds of allocation for the Ministry and other sources, which are not prohibited by the legislation.

6. The Ministry is the juridical person and has stamp with representation of the National Emblem of the republic of Uzbekistan and with its appellation.
