ON THE ROLE OF PROFESSIONAL PEDAGOGY IN THE PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION OF TECHNICAL UNIVERSITIES

Currently, much attention is paid to professional pedagogy as a component of general pedagogy. Why exactly professional pedagogy? Here the answer is appropriate - a personally professional pedagogy lays the foundations of the professionalism of future specialists of technical universities.


The identity of the modern teacher currently imposes a lot of requirements related to both the educational resources themselves and with the general requirements for the modern employee. The definition of professional pedagogy as science is today an important theoretical and practical problem, since it acts as a basis, methodology for the implementation of the practical program - the formation of a modern proofly competent personality [1].
Methods of vocational training - Assistrate of professional pedagogy, exploring the patterns of training to certain subjects and production training and on this basis revealing ways, ways and means of implementing the content of training subjects and production training in training centers of the employment service and other educational institutions leading vocational training. In our opinion, as in any direction of pedagogy in professional pedagogy, much attention should be paid to pedagogical professionalism.
Under pedagogical professionalism, it is necessary to understand the perfect possession of the teacher by psychological and pedagogical knowledge and skills, which should be combined with good knowledge of the essence of the subject, knowledge and ability to apply innovative pedagogical technologies, with a moral-eesthetic attitude of the teacher to life, its ability to understand pedagogical goals, to carry out their practical attainment.
Professional Being a person in time determines the public and personal trajectory of professional development, discusses the content, identifies the specifics of the personality of the personality in society. As you know, the subject of studying professional pedagogy is a person in the system of professional-educational community relations. Professional pedagogy is this aspect pays great attention.
The role of vocational education in the life of every young man every year more and more increases. Many appreciated the convenience of such a way to acquire knowledge, skills and skills. Obtaining vocational education is the least costly time and more efficient than suppose a higher education.
In professional pedagogy, a primary training method is occupied, from which much depends on. Based on psychology, physiology, professional pedagogy, drawing from them the scientific substantiation of ways of training and education, the methodology of vocational training special attention is paid to the study and generalization of the advanced pedagogical experience of the best teachers and workshops of industrial training and in general educational institutions. The main methods of scientific research in the methodology of vocational training are observation, theoretical study, experiment, study and generalization of advanced pedagogical experience.
In our conviction, the foundations of vocational education are laid in the pre-descriptive education, which needs to be concentrated in order to improve the results in vocational education. It is possible to distinguish the following interconnected stages of requestofessional imaging:
1. Preschool - children have a positive attitude towards people's labor and their classes, initiate labor skills are beginning to be formed in the activities available to the child.
2. The elementary school - through participation in various types of cognitive, game, labor activity among younger students there is an understanding of the role of labor in the life of a person and society, the interest in the professions of parents, etc. has been manifested.
3. The first stage of the primary school (5-7 - E Clasts) - participation in various types of practical defenses, among which are cognitive and labor, adolescents are gradual aware of their interests, abilities and costs associated with With the choice of pro-fass.
4. Next stage of the main school (8-9 - e classes) - the beginning of the formation of professional self-consciousness. Schoolchildren correlate their ideals and real opportunities with society, the objectives of choosing the sphere of future activities. At this stage, they are involved in the active introductory and labor activity, but at the same time they are assisted in mastering the diagnostic methods in the interests of choosing the proxion.
5. Full secondary education institution is a professional orientation based on the database of in-depth study of individual training items.
It should be noted that it is to vocational education that is a solid foundation for professional education as a whole.
In conclusion, I would like to note that the main purpose of vocational education - preparation of a quadaled specialist of the appropriate level and the profile, competitive in the labor market, competent, responsible, fluently owning his profession and oriented in related areas of activity and satisfaction of personal needs in obtaining appropriate imaging.
Vocational education does not determine outside the context of events that occur in the walls of educational institutions. As the main factor of updating vocational education, the development of the economy and social sphere, science, technology, technologies, regional and territorial labor markets, as well as the per spectal needs of their development. And that is why the system of vocational education of Uzbekistan is in constant development, it develops depending on the requirements of society, socio-economic conditions, as a result of which responds in a timely manner to the procedure for modern personnel requirements.
