2. Content of the contract


2.1 “Depositor” grants money to “Bank” in the form of cash
2.2 Information about deposit:
The name of deposit is “YUQORI”;
The term of deposit is 12 (twelve) months;
The amount of deposit is 1 000 000 (one million) UZS;
The passbook for deposit is granted / is not granted (underline necessary option);
Interest scale for the deposit:
- from 1 to 3 months: yearly 18%;
- from 4 to 6 months: yearly 21%;
- from 7 to 9 months: yearly 23%;
- from 10 to 12 months: yearly 26%;
2.3 Additional amount to the deposit is accepted for the first 6 months.
2.4 No interest is charged for this deposit, if the deposit is fully or partially withdrawn by the depositor within 1 month. In other cases, interest shall be paid in accordance with paragraph 2.2.


5. Payment procedure


5.1 “Bank” receives the amount of money stated in the contract from “Depositor”.
5.2 Interest accrued on time deposits is paid in accordance with the conditions stated in the contract.
5.3 If the depositor does not come to the bank to withdraw funds after the expiration of the contract of the term deposit, the balance of this term deposit is transferred to the type of demand deposits.
