1.1. Descriptive report of the teaching context
It is widely-known that teaching at educational establishments is considered to be a challenging process, however, you can have an opportunity to experience the merits of this precious process working as a teacher. As we know, teaching children requires a great deal of experience, competences as well as teaching skills. It is said that a teacher should be a role model for his/her pupils not only in class but also out of class, this is explained by the fact that a teacher is the ruler and creator of his/her class. I would like to describe and compare a profession of teacher to a famous saying: " Give a child a fish and he will eat it once, but if you teach him how to fish, he will eat forever ". As can be seen, giving knowledge along with instructions to pupils is one of the main responsibilities of a teacher. Before starting to teach, first of all, a person should gain deep knowledge of his/her field, teaching skills together with various kinds of competences related to a teacher. In addition to these, a teacher should learn to how to prepare for each lesson specifically. In order to achieve these goals, we were allowed to attend to a two-month teaching pedagogical practice at school.
On February 1st, all undergraduates participated in a conference which was held in the conference hall by the staff of the English language faculty. During the conference, we learnt about the benefits of a pedagogical practice, on top of that, we were given explanations about what we had to pay attention most and how to learn to teach effectively at school. During the conference, a supervisor, Narzikulova Dilafruz, was designated to our group and we introduced with her and we set out for appointed school N2 43, which was situated in Ravonak.
Firstly, we tried to get acquainted with the school staff, working conditions and so on. On the first day, we arranged what we were going to do during two months and every one of our group members took responsibility

of having a lesson to one appointed class. So, my appointed class was 7-"A". Our pedagogical practice was divided into two parts: the duration of passive practice was a week, in which we observed other teachers' lessons, their teaching methods and techniques as well as pupils' learning styles. By observing teachers' lessons, I also tried to know about my appointed class, class environment, pupils' language level as well as their interests and etcetera. In addition, I learnt about school documents such as class register, lesson plan and how to stick to them. I knew that this information would be beneficial in my future practice and carrier. After a weeks' passive practice, I started to take part in active practice, in which I myself had a lesson as a future teacher in class. To be honest, my initial experiences were shocking and I was astonished at school environment, although I spent my youth as a pupil at educational places like a school. However, after a while, I got accustomed to this and began my practice in high spirit. At first, I faced with some trouble such as finding authentic materials to the topic, making and following a lesson plan, but thanks to the help of my supervisor Narzikulova and school teacher Karimova, I tried to get over all my problems step by step.

I would like to highlight the fact that I learned not only how to teach and how to create a friendly atmosphere with pupils in class but also I learnt how to work in collaboration with the school staff, I mean that working with your colleagues gives you a sense of worthiness and its results are precious. Besides, I should say that I tried to support them, in turn they also did their best to make my spirit up when I was in trouble and participated in different kinds of occasions and celebrations which were held at school during my practice period.
In conclusion, without a second thought, I can say that I had a marvelous time teaching the English language during my pedagogical practice term, as it was the time in which I learned the initial teaching skills as a teacher and I hold the opinion that it was full of unforgettable

REFLECTIVE WRITING

I would like to start by pointing out the fact that a secondary education pedagogical practice was one of the most important and effective parts of my higher education. It is common knowledge that pedagogical practice is the beginning of a real future career and it shapes a future teacher's personality, skills, techniques and etcetera. It would be nice to say that pedagogical practice has its own pros and cons during my practice. Regarding the benefits of practice, I can mention that I learned a lot of things such as teaching skills, teacher's competences, teaching methods as well as learning styles and etcetera. During my practice term, I came across different kinds of problems such as finding authentic and suitable information together with materials for the themes and topics. On top of that, I felt really excited and astonished at the class environment when I went to our appointed school by the institute on the first day of our practice. I tried to get accustomed to that schooling condition and situation day by day and as a result, I got used to the environment. It should be mentioned that I learned how to teach in an efficient way, how to control the class while teaching the subject to the pupils. Besides this, I gained information and learned my appointed class, pupils' language level, their interests, their behaviour and so on. Now that learning my appointed class' interests and language level beforehand, I faced with fewer problems while making a lesson plan in advance. I found out all information about teaching method and style as well as teaching techniques while I was participating in other teachers' lessons as well as my peers' lessons and observing the lesson process. It is undeniable fact that wide ranges of situations may occur during the lesson period and these things may lead a teacher to confusion. Any kind of inexperienced teacher may lose his/her control and he may come across different issues during the lesson. I mean that the role of experience in a job.

market especially, in teaching plays one of the most crucial roles. If a teacher is not aware of teaching skills, she/he may feel less self-confident in teaching the English language. That's why, I found pedagogical teaching practice very beneficial and effective for a future teacher. To be more precise, pedagogical teaching practice is the only opportunity which is given during your academic years in a lifetime period. From my perspective point of view, I tried to use my practice period effectively and tried to do my best to learn to teach in an effective manner. As it is widely known that nowadays most pupils show lack of interest in learning subjects, as a result it is getting tougher and tougher to make pupils get interested in learning subjects. In my humble opinin, any kind of teacher must work on himself or herself to make his/ her lesson effective and attractive. I hold the opinion that any kind of teacher must create something new and interesting for each lesson. I would like to say that having a lesson in the same manner and method in each lesson repeatedly makes pupils get unmotivated from lessons and they find lessons very boring. That's why, I tried to use innovative technologies such as laptops, innovative high-tech products, projectors which existed in the school collection. As you know, my diploma work theme is about teaching strategies for English language learners and my practice was both useful for my future career and for my diploma paper. I tried to express my experiences which I faced during my practice in my diploma paper. Concerning the drawbacks of my practice, I think I could not control my pupils during the lesson a little, because pupils as a rile are very naughty and they sometimes do not obey and follow your instructions and you sometimes hesitate how to control them without punishing them. If I talk about my experiences about my observations, their role helped me incredibly in my lessons. As you know, we were appointed to a weeks' passive practice, during this time we attended different lessons, especially English lessons how to use school documents, how to manage the

lessons, how to conduct teaching methods and techniques. After that, I myself had lessons and besides these, I had to have three demo lessons during two months. The experience which I learned during my practice will help me forever because my practice was such kind of process in which if you make a mistake in teaching, you may be accepted well and you can correct your mistakes by taking some advice from your supervisor or school mentor not to repeat such kind of bad mistakes in your future career. This is explained by the fact that if you make a mistake or do not how to teach or how to conduct a subject you may not be excused for your blunders in your future career profession. In order to tackle such kind of problems, I tried to learn everything which may occur during your future career profession.
In conclusion, I hold the opinion that my teaching practice was a brilliant opportunity which I can never be given a second time, I should mention that it was full of experiences because I had an opportunity to conduct gained my theoretical knowledge into practice for two months and as a result I learned how to use my theoretical knowledge in an effective way.
