1.Quality management
QUALITY MANAGEMENT is one of the aspects of general management and belongs to the field of management sciences, or rather to production management; knowledge of work technology and production organization.
Quality management is the act of overseeing all activities and tasks that must be accomplished to maintain a desired level of excellence. This includes the determination of a quality policy, creating and implementing quality planning and assurance, and quality control and quality improvement. It is also referred to as total quality management Quality management:---Quality control is a tip of quality management. As a rule, it’s observed even when the rest of quality management is overlooked. This product-oriented quality management component starts simultaneously with software development.---Quality assurance is a process-oriented part of quality management, which should be introduced as early as a project planning stage. QA deals with the following questions:---Quality planning. A quality plan can be devoted either to general enterprise-wide quality management practices or quality provision during each project specifically. A quality management system (QMS) is defined as a formalized system that documents processes, procedures, and responsibilities for achieving quality policies and objectives. A QMS helps coordinate and direct an organization’s activities to meet customer and regulatory requirements and improve its effectiveness and efficiency on a continuous basis.
