Our book - Bizning kitob Glossary Kitob - Book Roman - Novel O’qimoq -Read She’r - Poem Yozuvchi - Writer Shoir - Poet Yozmoq - Write Qahramon - Hero Qiziqarli - Interesting Ajoyib – Great A book is a medium for recording information in the form of writing or images, typically composed of many pages (made of papyrus, parchment, vellum, or paper) bound together and protected by a cover. It can also be a handwritten or printed work of fiction or nonfiction, usually on sheets of paper fastened or bound together within covers. The technical term for this physical arrangement is codex (plural, codices). In the history of hand-held physical supports for extended written compositions or records, the codex replaces its predecessor, the scroll. A single sheet in a codex is a leaf and each side of a leaf is a page. Kitob odatda bir-biriga bog'langan va muqova bilan himoyalangan ko'plab sahifalardan (papirus, pergament, parchin yoki qog'ozdan qilingan) iborat yozuv yoki tasvir ko'rinishidagi ma'lumotlarni yozib olish uchun vositadir. Bu, shuningdek, qo'lda yozilgan yoki bosilgan badiiy yoki noaniq asar bo'lishi mumkin, odatda qog'oz varaqlarida mahkamlangan yoki bir-biriga bog'langan. Ushbu jismoniy tartibga solishning texnik atamasi kodeksdir (ko'plik, kodlar). Kengaytirilgan yozma kompozitsiyalar yoki yozuvlar uchun qo'lda ushlab turiladigan jismoniy qo'llab-quvvatlashlar tarixida kodeks o'zidan oldingi varaqni almashtiradi. Kodeksdagi bitta varaq bargdir va bargning har bir tomoni sahifadir.
