INTRODUCTION 
After the independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan, new changes took 
place in art and culture. Art ha advanced. A number of decisions were made on 
the development of art. In particular, the prestige of the Uzbek national applied 
art has become very popular. In particular, the fact that President Shavkat 
Mirziyoyev adopted a decree on March 19, 2018 regarding five initiatives 
necessary for the spiritual and economic development of the country, led to an 
increase in interest in art, literature and reading. This naturally increases the 
interest of young people, their broad participation in culture, art, physical 
education and sports, the formation of young people's skills in using information 
technologies, and the promotion of reading among young people in the country. 
The issues of increasing employment of the population are emphasized. The five 
most important initiatives to promote the spirituality of our people are 
highlighted: 
The first initiative is aimed at increasing the interest of young people in 
music, painting, literature, theater and other types of art, as well as the 
development of their talents. 
The second initiative is aimed at creating the necessary conditions for 
physical education of young people and their sports. 
The third initiative is to promote the effective use of computer technology 
and the Internet between the population and young people. 
The fourth initiative is aimed at creating a systematic effort to increase the 
spirituality of young people and expand reading among them. 
The fifth initiative concerns women's employment. 
As we can see, literature and art occupy a special place in the first initiative. 
Each art form plays a role in educating young people. It is no secret that every 
art form has a powerful influence on the mentality and thinking of people. From 
this point of view, hearts familiar to art are never prone to evil. Art education, in 
turn, includes both theoretical and practical aspects. Of course, these two aspects 
are the same for all art forms.
Taking this into account, this guide is intended to highlight the main points of 
applied art. It is worth noting that in the face of a growing world of conflicts, it 
is more important than ever to increase the spiritual immunity of our youth and 
spend their leisure time meaningfully. In this regard, this guide will help young 
people learn the theoretical and practical aspects of applied art and become an 
expert in this field. Also, on January 12, 2017, the President of the Republic of 
Uzbekistan signed a decree "on the development of the system of publication 
and distribution of book products, the creation of a Commission for the 
development and development of reading culture and reading culture". IDAS. 
This decree essentially contributed to the spiritual development of our youth and 
the education of our ancestors in the spirit of devotion. From this point of view,

streets, squares, parks, industrial enterprises, educational institutions and sports 
facilities. This type of art is also important for clothing and jewelry. Applied 
decor is widely used in people's lives. 
An applied work of art requires compliance with its function, shape, finish, 
material, color, and size. Only then do these things inspire, excite, or affect their 
mood.
