2. LEAD PRODUCTION STATISTICS FOR 2016-2020
In terms of production, lead ranks 5th (after iron, aluminum, copper and zinc) [56]. 30-50% of lead is produced from secondary raw materials. In 2016-2020, lead production increased by 0.66% on average [57]. The production capacity of the last 5 years is presented in Table 1. Table 1. Lead 4.9 4.7 0.66 Lead production has reached the maximum value (4.9 million tons) by 2019. In 2020, a decrease was again observed in the diagram (Fig.1).
