Paragraph tag usage

A web page's text and tags are combined into a file called an HTML document. Depending on which tag you use, the information will appear differently in the browser window. There are hundreds of tags for inserting and editing data in an HTML document. For example,

Tags for formatting text in HTML documents are created, which can be conditionally divided into logical and physical formatting tags. Logical formatting tags provide structural markup that does not affect how the fragment is displayed on the screen by the browser. That is why such an assignment is called logical. The tag is used to name citations or links to books, articles, and other resources. Browsers display such text in italics.

Any text has a certain structure. Usually, the elements of such a structure are headings, lists, subheadings, tables, paragraphs, etc.

In plain text editors, a paragraph is created by entering a newline character (pressing key). But in the process of creating an HTML document, newline characters do not cause a paragraph to be created. Because the original document's line breaks are ignored, text that looks great in the author's document window may be completely unreadable in the browser window. That's why the
tag is included in HTML language to divide texts into paragraphs. This tag should be placed before each paragraph. The closing
tag is optional in this case. Browsers interpret multiple consecutive
tags as a single tag. Browsers usually separate letter headers with a single blank line.
