We are the legitimate heirs of the great ancestors who created a great history, a great civilization. Our grandparents are always appreciated by the civilized and enlightened peoples of the world who have made an invaluable contribution to the global development. One of the great values ​​of the Uzbek people, which has been going on since ancient times and never loses its significance, is the inexhaustible wealth of parents and children.

One of the main types of upbringing is family upbringing. Attention should be paid to the child's mental development from an early age. As a child gets older, family upbringing becomes more difficult. Parents do not withhold anything from their children. That is the greatness that nature has given them. However, parents should not only help the child, but also leave it to themselves to get out of trouble in order to get used to solving the obstacles and complex life issues that they will face later in life. According to the Uzbek people's etiquette, it is a sin not to greet the elderly and their parents. It is better for parents not to complain about their chosen profession in front of their children and not to talk about it when they are not lucky. Then the parent's reputation with the child will not be tarnished. This is where children begin to see their parents as role models and to respect their careers. Talking about the joys of life, success at work inspires children spiritually.

Admittedly, under the influence of globalization and popular culture, our national values ​​of respect for parents have begun to fade. Some of our young people seem to be losing their high spiritual qualities, such as respect for the elders, enlightened elders, and listening to their advice. Representatives of other nationalities may not pay much attention to this, but we, Uzbeks, can't help but feel it. During the Soviet era, instead of propagating the teachings of our ancestors, the teachings of our ancestors, our wonderful traditions, they were condemned and ridiculed. Thanks to our independence, these have been put to an end, and significant work is being done to eliminate such negative vices. As the President Sh. Mirziyoyev noted, it is no coincidence that the upbringing of our children as independent-minded, modern knowledge and professionals, with a healthy lifestyle, as truly patriotic people will never lose its relevance.

The basic law of our state defines the human duties and responsibilities of children to society, family and parents on the basis of the basic ideas and rules of our national values. Of course, a child's respect for his parents is a child's duty and responsibility to society. At the same time, the duty of a parent to his child is very large and responsible. Every parent should fully feel his fatherly, motherly duty to his child, spiritually realize his responsibility to him. However, the upbringing of parents is very important in the upbringing of the younger generation. It is useful for every parent to know that the upbringing of children is carried out in the following stages.

First, it should start before the child is born, it is necessary to take into account the health of the future parent, the responsibility for the upbringing of the child. Parents who want to have children should take responsibility for the fate of their future children and improve their health.

Second, care during pregnancy is extremely important. Of course, much attention is paid to this today. Speaking to voters in Andijan region, Mirziyoyev spoke about the program of measures to further improve the system of protection of motherhood and childhood, covering 100% of all newborns, adolescent girls, pregnant and postpartum women, the words find their proof.

Third, in the period from birth to 6-7 years, the main buds of the child's spirituality are formed. Then begins the period of care and further development of these spiritual buds. Today's experience shows that the spiritual perfection of a child is formed from the content of God in the cradle, from feeding the child with an honest bite to dress. As Hazrat Bahauddin Naqshband said, good deeds in a person are an honest bite. Our people have always been known for their hard work, great creative energy, constant striving for goodness, and the transformation of the most exemplary aspects of their attitude to man into a way of life. Only if we effectively use all the opportunities and tools available in our country to bring up education at the level of modern requirements, it will be possible to achieve the education of young people with high spirituality. The role of theatrical art in influencing the spirit and consciousness of people in spiritual education is invaluable.

We can liken theatrical art to a double-edged sword, which on the one hand brings light to the hearts of people, directs it towards the higher and spiritual, and on the other hand fights the ignorance and immorality in the human heart. When a child is taught to feel beauty from a young age, it is light upon light. It is important to give the child the opportunity to express his or her feelings and thoughts independently through painting, singing, dancing, and so on. When a parent feeds his child with an honest bite, that child will grow up to be spiritually pure and honest. As our wise people say, it is good to start raising a child from birth with the help of parents and the whole family. The family is the first link in society. The Uzbek family has its own internal rules, moral and spiritual criteria, which are not noticeable from the outside. According to family etiquette, adults do not appear to children, adult children, brides do not appear to adults without open towels and do not say words without veils. The Uzbek family has many qualities, which are not defined by law, but there are disciplinary requirements that have become the values ​​of our nation. It is both an obligation and a duty for our children to adopt them. Of course, the main link of the family and society is the upbringing in the family, the concept of the homeland, the people, the independence, the freedom, the imagination, which is imprinted in the heart of the child for a lifetime.

In accordance with paragraph 4 of the Decree PF-4947 "On the strategy of further development of the Republic of Uzbekistan" adopted by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, according to the plan to increase the effectiveness of measures to educate the younger generation, its spirituality and culture. In order to increase the duties and responsibilities of raising children, the task is to develop guidelines and visual aids for use in the activities of the "Parents' University" in the presence of citizens. It is planned to hold a republican scientific-practical conference on "Increasing parental responsibility in the education of the younger generation" for employees and activists of the citizens' assembly. These measures are aimed at increasing the literacy of parents in the legal, spiritual and moral upbringing of a harmoniously developed generation, popularization of the experience of exemplary families, preservation and development of existing exemplary traditions and values. Meetings, roundtables, trainings, awareness-raising events, meetings with the population and youth in the fight against terrorism and religious extremism in the community are important and important tasks.

Children from troubled families, unorganized youth, the unemployed, increasing the responsibility of parents in controlling the behavior of young girls exposed to "popular culture", prevention of smoking, alcohol consumption and other disorders, seminars, booklets, posters , the publication of visual aids, the organization of shows and broadcasts aims to strengthen the immunity of young people against the influence of "popular culture", to increase the spiritual and moral culture, to encourage the pursuit of a healthy lifestyle, a healthy family. Parents are accountable to the community for the moral and legal responsibility of the child. Struggling to neglect one’s parental duty is tantamount to not following one’s civic duty. Therefore, the main condition for building a free and strong state is to make a sharp turn in the consciousness and thinking of the population, to further increase the intellectual potential of the country, to bring up a harmoniously developed generation.
