Ушбу маколада куёш элементларини моделлаштиришда фойдаланиладиган дастурий воситалар таркибига кирувчи TCL - tool command language скрипт тилида бериладиган узгарувчиларнинг яроклилигини текшириш хдкида суз юритилган. Шунингдек, алгоритмларни яратишда юзага келадиган хатоликлар турлари, уларни бартараф этиш ва янги турдаги куёш элементларини моделлаштиришда уларни х,исобга олиш усуллари келтирилган. Таянч иборалар: хатоликлар, валидация, TCL, узгарувчилар, Sentaurus TCAD, куёш элементи структураси. В этой статье обсуждается валидация переменных, заданных на языке сценариев TCL, который является частью программного обеспечения, используемого для моделирования солнечных элементов. Также описаны типы ошибок, возникающих при создании алгоритмов, способы их устранения и способы их учета при моделировании новых типов солнечных элементов. This article discusses the validation of variables defined in the TCL scripting language, which is part of the software used to simulate solar cells. It also describes the types of errors that occur when creating algorithms, ways to eliminate them and ways to take them into account when modeling new types of solar cells. In Sentaurus TCAD, the main stage of modeling the comlex devices is creating algorithms for their generating geometric model. Sometimes, effect of geometric size and shapes on the performance complex device is studied. There is another way such as using from standart shapes in the Sentaurus Structure Editor environment to generate geometric model. But in this method, changing the parameters such as width, height and length of devices in one project is unavailable, so it is not possible to create specific variables. Therefore, we develop TCL algorithms in order to create geometric model of each devices. During developing the TCL algorithm, it is possible to create specific variables in order to change the size of necessary regions or other parameters such as doping concentration of devices. Each algorithms should be clear, understandable and free from errors. Before performing the TCL algorithm, each variables should be checked for validation to avoid the logic errors. Because, identifying the logic errors is impossible by using obtained simulation results. In this paper, information about checking the validation of variables, which are given in TCL (Tool Command Language) that software used in modeling solar cells, is given. Besides, types of mistakes appeared in creating algorithms, eliminating them va taking into account them in modeling new type solar cells are given. Besides, we give information about some type of logic errors in modeling solar cells with comlex structures and explain how to avoid those errors by using the validation of variables.
