without charge provided you are the End User and do not intend to distribute or incorporate it with or into any other product or software package

intended for resale or distribution for any purpose whatsoever other than as provided for in this license. You may not redistribute the Software for any

purpose, whether for commercial gain or not – please email Tracker at

Use of the Enhanced OCR Plug-In features contained in the PDF-XChange Editor or PDF-Tools trial/evaluation or FREE versions when unlicensed may

result in ‘DEMO’ label stamps being placed on your printed on saved documents – please pay attention to onscreen messages and warnings when using

our FREE or evaluation versions and always ensure you have a copy of any documents prior to modification if you are in doubt.

1. OWNERSHIP: The Software is and shall remain a propriety product of Tracker. Tracker and its suppliers shall retain ownership of all Copyrights, Patents,

Trademarks, Trade Names, Trade Secrets and other proprietary rights relating to or residing in the Software. Except for the license grant provided in Section

2, you shall have no right, title or interest in or to the Software. The Software is licensed, not sold, to you for you to use only under the terms of this

Agreement. If you agree to be bound by all of the terms of this Agreement you will only own the media (if any) on which the Software may have been

provided, not the Software itself.

If you own a license for the PDF-XChange Editor or PDF-XChange Tools on the date of the initial, first release of the PDF-XChange Enhanced OCR Plug-in

and have valid maintenance on that date which is current and in force, you will receive, free of charge, an extended trial version with a ‘limited’ life license to

the PDF-XChange Enhanced OCR Plug-in. This ‘Limited life’ license entitlement will function up to and until the expiry of your Maintenance for

PDF-XChange Editor or PDF-Tools. To extend the PDF-XChange Enhanced OCR Plug-in license to a full and valid perpetual license as with your primary

product purchase, provided you renew your maintenance on this first expiry date - you need not pay the full license price for the PDF-XChange Enhanced

OCR Plug-in – if you purchase a minimum 12 month maintenance extension for the PDF-XChange Editor or PDF-Tools and a maintenance fee (only) for the

PDF-XChange Enhanced OCR Plug-in, your license will be extended to be a fully valid, perpetual license as described in section 2 of this EULA license

agreement.
