Conclusions. 1. The greatest efficacy and tolerability observed in the GR combined with hyaluronic 
acid in the complex therapy of obstructive bronchitis and bronchial asthma is the faster evacuation 
of sputum and the recovery of the child. 2. The use of these drugs reduces the stay of children in 
the hospital and contributes to the effectiveness of integrated therapy. 3. The use of a combination 
of 3% sodium chloride and hyaluronic acid solution through a nebulizer provides a quick and 
pronounced effect, demonstrates excellent safety and tolerability, reduces the negative effects of 
other inhaled medications, which makes them promising for other variants of bronchial obstruction 
in children, including bronchial asthma and cystic fibrosis, even in children of the first year of life.

томическую локализацию. Бронхиальная астма (БА), обструктивный 
бронхит (ОБ), острый бронхиолит, коклюш – заболевания, при которых 
нарушение проходимости бронхов является главным проявлением.
ОБ характерен для детей первых трех лет жизни. Его этиологию 
обычно связывают с респираторно-синцитиальными вирусами, виру-
сом парагриппа 3-го типа. Кроме того, возможна инфекция вирусами 
гриппа, адено- и риновирусами, новыми вирусами – метапневмови-
русом, бокавирусом, некоторыми серотипами коронавирусов [1, 14]. 
При повторных обструктивных бронхитах в смывах из бронхов часто 
выявляются ДНК персистирующих инфекций – герпесвирусов, а также 
хламидий и микоплазм [4, 12, 13, 21].
