What type of diet were you on?

A few months back, I joined a fitness center near my place and got useful
tips and inputs from my personal trainer. With a combination of eating
healthier and
exercising better, I managed to lose 6 kg in 2 months.

That's amazing. What tips did
your trainer give you?

Mostly on how to exercise
properly, but the best advice I got was to bring a
change in my eating habits. Instead of eating 3 times a day, he told me to
eat 5 times a day for optimum weight management.

Are you kidding me? That doesn't make any sense.
Apparently if you eat
more, than how do you lose weight?

There is
more to it than meets the eye. Actually, I'm taking the same
amount of calories. I eat five smaller meals a day. That’s the magic of
dietary protein and fiber.
Basically, it naturally
speeds up the metabolism
and helps to burn fat at a rapid pace.

When put it that way, it makes sense. I'm going to try that in the
foreseeable future.
