I have been working at the Treasury Department of Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan since 20 May 2013. In our country, the Treasury flattered to be one of the creating associations as the administration framework usage of the state spending execution of the Republic of Uzbekistan through Treasury in 2007.
With the Master`s degree program, I intend to improve my business management skills in order to add my contribution to the development of my organization. As far as I am conscious, the United Kingdom and its universities have an undoubted reputation for academic excellence and quality, furthermore an ideal destination for decades for more than a million international students from around the world. UK is also one of the biggest destinations for international students, providing high quality education for value of money and I believe UK is one of the leading countries with best policy study curriculum. For masters, the duration of study at UK universities is only 1 year (mostly), which saves me both time and money. Moreover, there a lot of internship programs for graduate students which is in my view huge opportunity to gain experience in a real workplace.
Considering my career goals, I have chosen the University of East London because it offers a great university experience in London which is known as one of the world's top cities and the world's leading financial centers. Business school was my main attraction, that`s why I have researched a lot of courses and universities in MBA. I have found several attractive courses at other universities, but I did not just want to study theory, but I am looking for internship programs where I can put my knowledge into practice. The University of East London offers the courses that I needed, and the opportunity to get a certain amount of scholarship is very gratifying.
Also, particular training strategy infers that I can apply for advance data and capacities to the real world and work based issues. My examination on the University proposes that degrees are instructed by staff, who are specialists in their field and convey that preparation to understudies.

Except that, studying in UK will help me to better understand English culture and broaden my world-outlook. Lastly, I think that UEL education can impact to my future career. As an example, alumnus of this university Stefan Nielsen (MBA Graduate) said that UEL`s MBA program had given him invaluable in-depth knowledge in global business and the roles of each department played within the organization, which these tools had opened doors to him around the world and it had been an important factor in achieving his dream job. I can say that his advice aroused great interest in me. Also all deputy ministers of the Ministry of Finance of Uzbekistan who has international education/diplomas in master’s degree are in high position.
I believe that the University of East London works with industry and the callings to guarantee that courses address managers' requirements, show expert abilities for my field, and offer custom fitted profession guidance, employability administration, with adjusted assistance from my application to graduation and past as will uphold and empower me enterprising capacity and business thoughts.
