S&P 500 < 20EMA: Screen for Short Trades

• Swing high candle immediately after 6ema crosses 
above 18ema or MACD turns bullish
•
Immediate pullback or inside bar after swing high 
candle
•
Minimum 1 pullback and maximum 2 pullbacks
•
MACD (12, 26, 9) bullish
•
Stochastic and Bollinger band not overbought
•
Highest probability: 2 out of 3 conditions happen at 
the same time
•
6 cross 18 EMA, MACD cross bullish and 
price crosses above 50EMA
•
High Momentum stocks
•
Sector and/or industry bullish/ uptrend
•
Relative strength indicator sloping up
•
Avg Volume > 150,000

• Swing Low candle immediately after 6ema crosses
below18ema or MACD turns bearish
•
Immediate pullback or inside bar after swing low 
candle
•
Minimum 1 pullback and maximum 2 pullbacks
•

Stochastic and Bollinger band not oversold
•
Highest probability: 2 out of 3 conditions happen at 
the same time
•
6 cross 18 EMA, MACD cross bullish and 
price crosses below 50EMA
•
Low Momentum stocks
•
Sector and/or industry bullish/ bearish
•
Relative strength indicator sloping down
•
Avg Volume > 150,000
