JSC "Uztransgaz" studied the letter of appeal by "JURU ENERGY CONSULTING" LLC dated August 8, 2022 No. JUC-OUT-22-348.
"Uztransgaz" JSC operates class I (from 25 to 100 ), main gas pipelines in accordance with the requirements of the regulatory document "Construction Standards and Rules" (CNR 2.05.06-97).
According to this, regarding the protection area requirements of the gas pipelines, which are located after the gas distribution station and operate under a pressure of 8-12 , will be drawn up to the steam-gas power plant with a capacity of 1600MW, which is planned to be built in Sirdarya region. We inform you that it is appropriate to refer to "Hududgazta'minot" JSC .
In accordance with the requirements of CNR 2.05.06-97, the protection area of ​​main gas pipelines operated by JSC "Uztransgaz" is, the pipe axis to both sides depending on the diameter of the pipe, from 100 to 350 meters in the distance from class I pipelines and from 100 to 350 meters in the distance from ​​class II pipelines. That’s why, construction of any structures is strictly prohibited in the protection area.
Besides, in order to prevent damage to the protective coating of the main gas pipelines, the corrosion of the pipeline, and the possibility of technical maintenance of the pipeline in emergency situations, the operator of the pipelines requires not to build gardens, not to plant irrigated crops from 25 to 50 meters in the distance, along the pipeline route on both sides of the pipeline axis.
