  1. Using activities before starting the class

Begging the class with information is not so useful so the best way is making up enough questions related to the topic. By the dint of questions the pupils can find their topic and they will have some ideas about their new theme.

  1. Time management

During the lesson everything needs to be on time. So teachers need to separate the time perfectly.

Grabbing students attention is very important during the class. The lesson may look like boring during the class and studends get bored. In order to get rid of this unpleasant situation teachers can use two or more class games during the lesson

  1. Creating new methods

In our modern world with the help of new technologies, teachers can create their own new methods. Your method is a bit traditional. If you use more creative methods during the class, it will be very usuful for students.

Reflective writing on practicum experience

During our second year education at the university we have had a practicum session. We had the opportunity to observe the teaching process of many teachers. With the help of these teachers, we analyzed the tasks and objectives of teachers in the teaching process and their skills in organizing lessons.

The teacher in charge of us at the beginning of the practicum gave us much- needed information about how the practicum process was conducted and what we needed to do during this practicum. During the practicum, we observed and analyzed teachers’ teaching skills and students’ attitudes toward the lesson. In this practicum our main task was only observation.

During the Practicum I had a chance to observe a lot of teachers and I could learn by far the most beneficial teaching skills from sophisticated teachers. One of them is Kamola Raimova’s online course. Although the topic was really difficult, the teacher explained it very perfectly. She used new teaching methods and could create very friendly atmosphere.



Practicum was very useful for me because as a future teacher I have learnt a lot of very helpful methods and how to use them during the class. The teachers also helped us to observe the class and they gave us lots of information which is useful in teaching time that we can utilize them in our future professional life.

Overall, during the practicum I could improve my knowledge in the field of teaching skills and felt the real responsibility of teachers during the class. Now IU know that this type of job is one of the difficult ones among others and demands a lot of responsibilities.
