After the site visit, there are three probable outcomes:
1. Acceptable to be registered in company bidder list
If the evaluation has shown that the supplier has a satisfactory Q.M.S., 
there are no deficiencies and the supplier is able to give an assurance of 
quality.
Also, in this case the supplier may have proven that they are up to satis-
factory standards.
