Turdosh otlar 2 ga bo’linadi:

Countable Nouns
Sanaladigan otlar deb barcha sanab bo’ladigan otlarga deyiladi.
Ex: a boy / a girl / a book / a dog / a computer
Sanaladigan otlar o’z ichida 2 ga bo’linadi.
1. singular noun (birlik ot)
Birlik otning kesimi doim birlikdir.
Birlik ot bilan yo a/an yo the kelishi mumkin. Ular artiklsiz ishlatilishi mumkin emas.
Example: a dog, a horse, a man, a shop, an idea.
The girl is playing in the garden
The woman was singing well.
The cat has a black tail.
The teacher wants to go out.
The person doesn’t want to be alone.
I eat a banana every day.
There's a beach near here.
Ann was singing a song.
It wasn't your fault. It was an accident.
There's been an accident. (not 'There's been accident')
I want a banana. (not 'I want banana')


2. Plural noun (ko’plik ot)
Ko’plik otning kesimi doim ko’plikdir. Ko’plik otlar bilan yo Zero article yo the ish-di. Ular bilan a/an ishlatilmaydi

Example: two dogs, ten horses, a man, six men, the shops, a few ideas.

I like bananas.
There are no batteries in the radio.
We haven't got enough cups.
The girls are eating their meal.
The women have finished their work.
The beds in that hotel aren’t comfortable.
Birlik otni Ko’plikka aylantirishda bir necha holati mavjuddir.
