The basis of this is the consequence of all the rest: what you need to think for yourself, what you organize, what you need to argue, while following the instructions. It is impossible to say "careless" about the criticism of your personality, because they are touching you, but you are trying to assimilate anything anyway. In a collaborative work, you usually do what is assigned to you. However, if you have an interest in work, then you can make yourself of independence, perseverance, organizational abilities. Conclusion: It should not be forgotten that although the leader is not a direct educator, his activity is associated with the transmission of certain information and messages to other people. Therefore, the ability to easily explain complex knowledge, problems and information to people of different categories, specialists is absolutely necessary. The correct explanation of some problems from simple guard to managers requires a certain skill. Emergency situations, a shortage of time, require from the leader to have didactic abilities.
