Public offer for intermediary and technical Services
This Public Offer for Intermediary and Technical Services (hereinafter referred to as the "Agree-
ment") is an official offer (public offer) from Skyline FZC LLC, registration address: UAE, Aj-
man, Al Rashidiya 3, B-1105-03 - Grand Tower (hereinafter - "Contractor") for any natural per-
son hereinafter ("Customer"), who accepts this offer under the following conditions.
1. Terms and definitions 
1.1 For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms and definitions shall have the fol-
lowing meaning: 
1.2 "Acceptance" - full and unconditional acceptance by the Customer of the terms and condi-
tions of this Agreement, made by registering on the website https://5sim.net.
1.3 "API Service" - a set of ready-made technical solutions provided by the Contractor for use in
the Customer's external software products.
1.4 "Contact Email Box" is a set of characters that identifies the Customer and serves to receive
and send email. 
1.5"Electronic Virtual Account" - an account in the Customer's personal cabinet that allows to
keep track of the amount of money transferred to the Contractor's account for the Services under
the Agreement.
1.6 "Message, SMS" - is a text message to the Virtual Number, which shall be received by the
Contractor. 
1.7 "Personal account" - user interface that allows receiving and managing the Services pro-
vided under this Agreement. 
1.8 "SMS Reception" - the service under this Agreement that enables the Customer to read a
part of the text of the Messages received on the Virtual Number. 
1.9 "Virtual Number" - is a subscriber number in the possession and use of the Service used to
provide the Web service under this Agreement. 
1.10 "Website" - a website in the Internet located at the domain name https://5sim.net that pro-
vides the technical possibility to provide the Customer with the Services provided by this Agree-
ment.
