Public offer for intermediary and technical Services

2. Subject of the Agreement. 
2.1 The subject of this Agreement shall be the provision of the possibility to read a part of the
text of Messages received by the Virtual Number (hereinafter referred to as the "Services") on a
fee basis. The Services shall be provided to natural persons who accept this Agreement. The
Customer undertakes to pay for the Services in the amount and on the terms and conditions pro-
vided for in this Agreement.
2.2 The cost, term of Services and registration form are published on the Website. 
2.3 The moment of complete and unconditional acceptance of the Contractor's offer to conclude
an Agreement (offer acceptance) is the registration on the Website. 
2.4 The Customer has the right to use the Services under this Agreement in any country if it does
not contradict to the legislation of this country. If the Customer plans to use this Service in the
territory where the use of the Services of the Website is not provided by the legislation or is pro-
hibited, the Customer has no right to conclude this Agreement and to use the Services of the
Website.
2.5 By accepting the terms of this Agreement, the Customer confirms that using of the Services
in the territory of the Customer's residence is allowed by law.
3. General terms and conditions of the Services. 
3.1 The Services shall be provided in accordance with the terms and conditions stipulated by this
Agreement, as well as in accordance with the terms and conditions posted on the Website.

 3.2 In case the terms of rendering Services published at the Website contradict to the terms of
rendering Services stipulated by this Agreement and/or Annexes hereto, the terms posted at the
Website shall prevail. 
3.3 In the performance of this Agreement, it is allowed to provide Services using API Service. 
3.4 The Contractor renders the Services to the Customer only if the following conditions are ful-
filled: 
3.4.1 Customer has properly registered on the Website; 
3.4.2 The Contractor has confirmed the possibility of rendering Services by sending a message to
the Contact Email Box specified upon the registration.
