Case situation
70-yillarda burger olamida tanho bo’lgan McDonald’s ga qarshi o’zining strategiyasi bilan birinchi bo’lib Burger King maydonga chiqdi. Tamaddixonalari bilan lider bo’lgan McDonald’s ning zaif tomonlari o’rganilib chiqildi. Gap shundaki, unig kuchli tomoni – gamburgerlarining bir xillikdaligi va arzonligi edi. Yoki bo’lmasa assortimentining eng cho’qqisi hisoblanmish “Big Mack” reklamasida aytilganidek: “Ikki qavatli haqiqiy mol go’shti bo’laklari, maxsus sous, salat, pishloq, tuzlangan bodiring, piyoz hamda kunjutli bulochka”. Umuman olganda bu huddi sizning og’zingiz to’la holatdagidek talaffuz qilingandek edi:” Ikki qavatli haqiqiy mol go’shti bo’laklari maxsus sous, salat, pishloq, tuzlangan bodiring, piyoz hamda kunjutli bulochka”.
Ushbu kuchli hususiyatning zaif tomoni qayerda? 70-yillarning boshida Burger King ana shu zaiflakka asoslangan o’z strategiyasi bilan chiqdi. Fikringizcha u qanday strategiya edi?
