INTRODUCTION (abstract of PhD dissertation)
The purpose of research is to improve the methodology of teaching students the rational organization of pedagogical work.
The tasks of research are:
clarification of the structure, principles and components of the process of organizing and managing labor resources;
improvement of the functional model of the process of teaching students the rational organization of pedagogical work;
development of an improved methodology for teaching students the rational organization of pedagogical work in the process of pedagogical education;
development of a pedagogical program and methodological support for teaching ergonomic standards and methods for the rational organization of pedagogical work, determining its effectiveness in the course of a pedagogical experiment.
The scientific novelty of the research is as follows:
the social, economic, health and organizational tasks of pedagogical work based on the analysis of the process of organizing labor activity, taking into account the priority of the principles of planning, organization, management and control of the rational organization of pedagogical work have been clarified;
the content of the strategic block of the functional model of the process of teaching students the rational organization of pedagogical work on the basis of implementation at the stages of theoretical training, practical training and reflection according to such criteria as the rational use of time; creation of conditions for comfortable work and rest and their rational use; rational work planning has been improved
the method of teaching students the rational organization of labor in the process of pedagogical education on the basis of such methods as the "SMART-model", question-answer when working out a coaching strategy, an algorithm of actions, a timeline, Descartes' square, a life balance wheel has been improved;
the special pedagogical program and methodological support based on ergonomic standards on the methodology of teaching the rational organization of pedagogical work, integrated with the branches of the labor sphere of the sciences of economics, pedagogy and sociology have been improved, and their effectiveness in the course of experimental work has been determined.
