It is a great pleasure that I have the opportunity to write this reference letter for Muzaffarov Fazliddin.
I had direct contact with Fazliddin over a period of four years. The first time I saw him in his class during the lesson, he has attracted me with his clear knowledge as well as full enthusiasm to get more and more information about scientific researches. That time I asked a lot of specific questions related to his special field as a result he dominated among the students with his instant and clear ideas. Furthermore, he was always ready with presentation for all lessons which means he feels responsibility .
Although all courses are taught in Uzbek in our University, despite this Fazliddin leant English individually and simultaneously he started analysis of scientific research papers. He has acquired good writing and reading ability in English.
It is important to say that his interest in courses is very high and he spent a lot of time in practicing. He always tries to finish his work and he never hurry up to accomplish practical process because of getting accurate results. Moreover, he gets on well with our team staff and he respects all people from professors to students. I only choose students who can live in into academic field, Fazliddin also one of them therefore I agreed him to start his master’s degree under my supervision. I believe that Fazliddin can reach high achievements in the future and also I think the foreign scientific experience would offer him a lot of opportunities to develop his academic carrier.
