provide and maintain such infrastructure and tools. Lastly, it must identify,
implement, and manage the quality work environment.

Realization Requirements and Guidelines
The Software Quality Assurance team must plan the realization process of the
software by identifying its quality requirements and objectives, realization
requirements and needs, risk management requirements, and record keeping
requirements. It must develop the documents, record keeping systems, and
quality control methods for the product realization processes.
The group must also plan its work using life cycle models. It must plan and
implement the quality management system on each software project.
Furthermore, it must seek to control the customers’ requirements by identifying
the requirements the customers want, the requirements dictated by the use of the
