Reflection based on pedagogical practice of the student of SamSIFL faculty of English 1 group 335-(uzb-morning course) Fayzullayeva Dilorom
Reflection
I am undergraduate year student of the 335- group as. I am going to explain my practice process in this writing task. My internship began on February 6 in 2022 and we were to participate an online conference which related to our practice in that day. But I couldn’t. I was aware of all information which includes how to prepare document and the content, essence of qualification practice, program and schedule via Laylo Fakhriddinovna, the leader of practice in telegram group.
In previous day of my pedagogical practice I went to 5- school, which is located in Samarkand. Then I met the director of educational establishment Aminov.F.A. After signing the contract and the head of school assigned me to English teacher Qurbonova Parvina. The director gave me a lot of data to me about internal regime of school, treatment etiquette and dress code as well as introduced me school community.
Additionally, Director ordered me to follow firmly which were mentioned by him. I made acquaintance of deputy director on educational affairs, Niyozxonova Gulruh, and moral as well as enlightment affairs.
And also, I have got acquainted with English classroom, where pupils learn English and teachers’ lesson plans and participated English lessons to analyze and learn teacher’s experience.
From the first day, I got acquainted with schedule, the program of the qualitative practice objects and criteria for evaluation of qualification practice. During the practice I took active part in the classes and watched the lessons without living behind. Besides that I started to give independently lessons to pupils . I noticed and learned not only English lessons but also interesting lessons in native language, mother tongue, Russian which included in the curriculum of elementary classes.
At all preparatory stage of practice, in the initially week, I learnt the school conditions, management structure, pupils, teachers, the thematic and the lesson plan of the teacher as well as released that being teacher both the most responsible and freely profession. Especially, it was significant for me to know how to work with pupils and a lesson’s organized correctly and effectively. Mainly I worked and analyzed more with l , II ,III and IV grades in all practice period.
The last week, I wrote fully diary for qualification and it was confirmed by Director F.Aminov and practice teacher. The practice ended in 14.11 .2022. The most important thing that I learnt some teaching secrets of mastering the scientific and methodological aspects of the organization of the classes in my internship.
All in all, in practice period, I preferred to use especially interactive activities, audio – lingual method and communicative method, since with the help of these methods I could learn pupils very well. I also was sure that communication was the main key to find the way of others heart, especially the person who tried to point his way to the future. Despite of this ,communicative approach is the most appropriate to all levels of pupils. Since the pupils might participate in the lessons more active and could express their options , ideas and feelings . And as a result of this I could simply explain the theme and gave extra information as well. I learned more than I expected during my internship, I realized that only knowledge is not enough for a teacher. We also need to have the skills and experiences. By internship I understood that a profession of a teacher is not easy job. I also found that this profession has its own difficulties.
I realized becoming teacher is not easy. During pedagogical practice I discovered a lot of new information and teaching methods for myself. I promise that I will use these teaching methods which I ‘ve learned during the practice in my future profession and will be a perfect specialist.
