Ugur Sak, Maud Besançon, Murat Tekin, Özden Taşğin, J.C. Gowan, Joyce Van Tassel-Baskalar conducted scientific and pedagogical researches on the problems of talent and creativity in European countries. The need to improve the technology of working with gifted children in preschool educational organizations determines the topic of our research. The purpose of the research work is to scientifically and theoretically substantiate the relevance of developing the technology of working with gifted children in preschool educational organizations, to develop scientific and methodical recommendations. The research object Andijan city - 64 - DMTT, Oltinkol district 9 - DMTT, Andijan district 29 - DMTT, the process of working with gifted children in pre-school educational organizations was designated as a testing ground. The subject of research is methods, forms and means of working with gifted children in preschool educational organizations.
