BP Description


Acquaintance with the enterprise through interviews with the head of the enterprise, the management of all departments and some employees, in order to present the existing situation "as it is" (what really is, and not what should be assumed).

  • - Goals (enterprises, divisions, employees) and selected methods of achieving them;Conditions introduced by the environment external to the enterprise (from outside the system), description of methods and tools of interaction;
  • - Parameters for evaluating the work of departments and subordinates (statistical analysis of indicators used to evaluate the work of the company is carried out);
  • - Management methods (management paradigms, systems of external motivation and control, job descriptions, regulations, etc.) and planning (all planning systems used in the enterprise are evaluated);
  • - Restrictions imposed on the company, departments and their employees, preventing them from performing their work efficiently;
  • - Dominant conflicts in the enterprise system (for example, between divisions) and conflicts with the external environment, how they are measured and analyzed, what measures are taken.

Systematization of information

  • Systematization of the received information in a form convenient for holding a discussion meeting with the company's management. Discussion meetings are held with the head of the enterprise (as necessary from both sides), where they can decide on the end of this stage and the termination of further work, at least until there is confidence in the need and readiness for the proposed changes. The duration of the 1st stage can take from 1 month. up to 1 year on the territory of the studied enterprise, depending on its scale.
