CONCLUSIONS ON CHAPTER II
Institutional and infrastructural barriers, according to the opinion representatives of civil society, the development of tourism in the Zaamin region:
There is no tourism development strategy in the region. Neither regional nor regional Tourism Development Program;
The existing infrastructure does not meet modern requirements and standards;
There are no living conditions for foreign tourists corresponding to international standards, both in campsites and in guest houses;
There are constant interruptions in light in the area, as a result of which many residents of remote
districts do not use refrigerators, televisions, computers, washing machines and other household appliances;
There are no favorable lending conditions for entrepreneurs, investing in tourism. Loans are issued for a short term and for a high percentage, which makes banking lending to the tourism sector unattractive with commercial point of view;
Legal illiteracy of entrepreneurs leads to the fact that they do not know how to competently draw up contracts with service providers and other documents;
There are no firms providing consulting services in the region;
Mobile communication in remote areas is limited to only two operators -Beeline and Uz-mobile;
There is no internet access. Internet use is possible only through mobile cellular communication of the Beeline operator;
In the area, there is a systematic shortage of graders for clearing snow, as a result of which practically using road transport in the autumn-winter period almost impossible. Frequent snowfalls make it difficult to reach remote villages;
There are no educational institutions in the district that would train and retraining of personnel for the tourism sector;
