On the contrary, they are reconsidering. But this is clear: if the world does not act as a whole, it is impossible for a person to become a victim of an extremely dangerous situation. The only way to salvation is to direct the accumulated knowledge, formed skills and acquired conclusions towards a single goal, to be able to effectively combine science and experience. The formation of knowledge and science directly goes back to the education system. The effectiveness of the educational system is directly ensured by the level of the teacher, the needs of the students, the content of educational literature, and the infrastructure aimed at the formation of independent education. Therefore, the training of advanced personnel, increasing their competitiveness in accordance with the requirements of the labor market, the cultivation of creatively thinking specialists is closely related to the educational process established in educational institutions. On October 8, 2019, the head of our state signed the Decree "On approval of the concept of development of the higher education system of the Republic of Uzbekistan until 2030". In this important programmatic document, "at least 10 higher education institutions in the republic are ranked in the first 1,000 of internationally recognized organizations (Quacquarelli Symonds World University Rankings, Times Higher Education or Academic Ranking of World Universities) to be included in the list and to gradually transfer the educational process to the credit-module system in higher education institutions. To carry out the material study of higher classes on the basis of innovative educational technologies, but also to study independently of the student, to have a new attitude to education, to acquire the necessary and deep theoretical knowledge based on the labor demand. , is to teach to manage its practical appearance. Mukhtasar said that this system is lost to the professional development and maturity of the student. Science helps to ensure lifelong learning and to develop human capital in response to market and modern requirements. teacher organizes the educational process, gives live, video and audio lectures, coordinates and monitors the student's activities. The student learns the subject independently and completes the assignments. According to foreign experience, the educational process in the credit-module system consists of 2-4 modules per semester. The subjects collected in the module are formed from easy to complex, from theoretical-methodical subjects to applied subjects and logically based on the principle of complementing each other. In order for a student to become a specialist, it is necessary to have not only information, but also the ability to process it and put it into practice. Module-based training programs are developed based on a special scheme and include: - full disclosure of educational goals and tasks; - the requirements for the qualification that the student must acquire after starting and finishing the subject (course); — the summary (syllabus) of each subject included in the module, i.e. the topics of lectures, the plan of seminars and practical trainings, tasks intended for the evaluation of independent education; - a brief description of teaching: methods and means of teaching; consists of methods and forms of knowledge assessment. In the module-based teaching system, the rating evaluation system is used to evaluate students' knowledge, qualifications and skills. In it, all the student's educational activities, that is, the knowledge acquired and mastered in the auditorium and outside the auditorium, are evaluated by giving points. classroom, usually for one week. They are given the freedom to choose not only subjects, but also professors and teachers. Giving students the opportunity to choose subjects is a positive thing. It is also considered as a unique value indicator of the evaluation of educational processes. In addition, during the implementation of this course work, in order to introduce the technology of using the credit module system in the teaching of these computer sciences, and within the framework of the 4+2 program, I taught HTML to the 10th "B" class of the 13th general education school of Termiz city in the subject of informatics and information technologies.
