ANNOTATSIYA
So'nggi yillar davomida mamlakatimizda deyarli
barcha jabhalarda yangilanish,
rivojlanish bosqichi kechmoqda desak yanglishmagan bo'lamiz. Yangi O'zbekistonda
erkin va farovon jamiyat barpo etish aslida bir insonning qo'lidan kelmaydi. Yangi
O'zbekistonning rivojiga hissa qo'shguvchilar bu siz, men, mahalladoshlar, qon
qarindoshlar, umuman olganda o'zini hujjatlarda emas aynan haqiqiy o'zbek
farzandi,
shu tuproqning egasi deb bilganlar hisoblanadi. Yangicha dunyoqarashni shakllantirish
ham aslida eng avval, eng kichik bo'g'in - oila va mahalladan boshlanadi.
Ushbu
maqolada, Yangi O'zbekiston yangicha dunyoqarashda huquqiy ong va huquqiy
madaniyatni rivojlantirishda mahallaning o'rni va ahamiyati haqida fikr va mulohazalar
yuritiladi.

ABSTRACT
It is safe to say that in recent years, our country is undergoing a period of renewal
and development in almost all areas. Building a free and prosperous society in the new
Uzbekistan is not something that one person can do.
The contributors to the
development of the new Uzbekistan are you, me, my neighbors, my blood relatives, in
general, the real Uzbek child, who considers himself the owner of this land, not in the
documents. The formation of a new worldview, in fact, begins, first of all, with the
smallest link - the family and the neighborhood. This article
discusses the role and
importance of the community in the development of legal consciousness and legal
culture in the new worldview of New Uzbekistan.
