The ideal candidate will have experience within a food production environment; however, the role can be learnt by an individual with an attention to detail and the confidence to challenge. They must be able to understand and carry out instruction and practices, a self-starter who can be relied on to use their initiative, and someone who can maintain good communication skills and awareness throughout their shift. They must be reliable and have personal integrity to maintain quality standards in the face of possible production challenges. No formal qualifications are required for this role. The role requires a moderate to high degree of physical activity. Level 2 Food Safety training is required. Priorities: Taking initiative Understand and implement food hygiene requirements.
