I am writing this letter to bring to your notice, my grievances with your branch in Hadra. On the 3rd of July 2021, I was issued a new credit card by the branch, which was unexpected as I had not applied for one.

I immediately went over to the bank, demanding information from the concerned personnel regarding the card and why it was issued. I requested the manager at the bank to look into the matter, but despite the complaint being registered over a month ago, I have yet to receive any update on the matter.
I am positive that neither I nor any of my family members had applied for a card in my name, while the bank has no record or proof of the same. This is a criminal activity, based on which I can sue your company. Given the good relationship I have had with this bank in the past, I am willing to overlook this if my grievance is addressed and my money is returned to me. I hope that this matter can be resolved at the earliest.
